Trust

System status.

Where the platform stands today — written by hand, not by a dashboard. Here's exactly what we do and don't measure yet.

No known issues reported. A human assessment, not a measurement — reviewed 13 July 2026.
Why no uptime number?

Components

The parts of Nxcart a merchant depends on. “No known issues” means exactly that — no problem has been reported to us or observed by us. It is not a measurement.

Storefronts

Your public store — product pages, collections, cart.

No known issues

Store admin

The admin you log in to: orders, products, inventory, settings.

No known issues

Checkout & payments

Checkout and payment capture via Razorpay.

No known issues

Email delivery

Order confirmations and other transactional email (Amazon SES).

No known issues

Shipping integrations

Rates, labels and tracking through your connected carrier.

No known issues

AI features

Description, SEO, alt-text and product-from-photo generation.

No known issues

Several of these depend on providers outside our control — Razorpay for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting and email, your carrier for shipping. If one of them has an outage, your store can be affected even when everything on our side is healthy. Their own status pages are the fastest source of truth in that case.

Read this first

Nxcart is a young platform, and we'd rather be straight with you than show you a green dashboard that doesn't mean anything.

  • We do not have automated uptime monitoring yet. So we publish no uptime percentage — not 99.9%, not any number. We won't quote a figure we can't stand behind.
  • There is no public incident history yet, because there is no incident log to publish from. We're not going to backfill one.
  • Nothing on this page polls a live system. The states above are our honest human assessment as of the date shown, not telemetry.
  • Availability commitments are covered in our Terms of Service, which today do not include a service-level agreement.

Something looks broken?

Tell us — a report from you is genuinely our fastest signal right now. Email contact@nxcart.io and, if you can, include:

  • your store name or domain
  • what you were doing and what happened instead
  • the page URL, and the time it happened
  • a screenshot, if there's an error on screen

Mark it URGENT in the subject if customers can't buy — checkout and payment problems jump the queue ahead of everything else.

What we do during an incident

  1. Acknowledge — we reply to you and confirm we're on it.
  2. Update this page — a plain description of what's affected and what isn't.
  3. Email affected merchants if the problem touches orders, payments or customer data.
  4. Follow up after the fix — what broke, what we changed, so you can judge us on it.

Security incidents follow a separate path — see Security.

On the way

What we haven't built yet

We'd rather tell you what isn't built than pretend it is.

1

Automated uptime monitoring

Independent external checks on storefronts, admin and checkout.

2

Real published uptime

Once the monitoring has run long enough to mean something, the numbers go here. Measured, never estimated.

3

A public incident history

Every incident from that point on, with what happened and what we changed.

4

Status notifications

So you hear about a problem from us before you hear it from a customer.

Shipped changes are listed on the changelog.
